We design and manufacture single and three-phase Transformer Rectifier Units to customer specifications. These units convert an AC current from a mains supply to raw, un-smoothed DC, suitable as a power supply solution for equipment designed to operate on DC power.

Units can be supplied mounted inside steel enclosures with ratings from IP23 to IP65 if required. We are also able fit MCB's, RCDs sockets.

A popular use for this type of transformer is to supply 24V DC to power tail lifts on lorries when docked at a loading bay.
