We’re hiring a General Bench Assembly Worker at our factory located on the Fairfield Industrial Estate in Louth, Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled team involved in the production of high-quality electrical transformers.
About the Role
As a General Bench Assembly Worker, you’ll contribute to the manufacturing process of electrical transformers. Your day-to-day tasks will include fine wire soldering, transformer laminating, product labelling, and general factory housekeeping.
Don’t worry if you don’t have prior experience—we provide training! However, if you do have experience in electrical assembly, this would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform intricate fine wire soldering with precision.
- Assemble and laminate electrical transformers.
- Handle product labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
